 I have the pleasure of knowing Nicole Marks Mason from Tammar Realty Corp. for eight years. Nicole is a thoroughly dedicated person. Her hard work and knowledge of the Florida market makes her service extremely helpful. I feel very confident having her as our agent. The house is shown frequently and she is always giving us constructive feedback afterwards. Real estate is always difficult and can be misleading, but Nicole's counseling is very helpful in that she is sincere and realistic. She tells you things as they are is always helping you make your property more desireable. However, the most important aspect of all is Nicole's friendly and kind personality. She is definitely someone who can help you sell your property.

Nicole was the seller's realtor when I just bought my new home. At every step of the way, my realtor became a roadblock because she didn't get me cleared at the gate when the home was inspected, or she didn't get me the survey, etc.. Each time, Nicole came to my rescue. Whenever I needed to see the home, Nicole was always available. Nicole allowed me to pick up the survey or other papers at her home after working hours which made all the difference for me. Nicole answered my emails almost immediately every single time. Thus, Nicole consistently eliminated the frustration I kept getting from my realtor. Not only is Nicole 100% professional and efficient,and is an excellent realtor; furthermore, Nicole was an extremely supportive, nice person who made the entire experience very pleasant. Nicole was very responsive from the beginning which is much more than I can say for other local agents. She was extremely patient with us as first time home buyers and probably looked at 20-30 properties. The property we ultimately purchased met all of our criteria and Nicole did an excellent job of managing the seller's agent, who was difficult and disrespectful. I would definitely use Nicole again.

Nicole had been my neighbor for the past 9 years so I felt comfortable with her before we sat down to discuss business on our listing appointment. Nicole showed me comparable properties that were for sale and had sold in my neighborhood. I told her where I wanted to price my house then she made a realistic recommendation to get it sold. In one week, I received a cash offer $15,000 above what we thought I could get and in the end, it sold for $25,000 above what I thought I could get. If there were "bumps in the road" during the negotiation process Nicole didn't make me aware of them. When I needed to do home repair work after the inspection Nicole found me a very capable handyman and the problem was resolved quickly. She answered all of my questions. She always responded to my phone calls, texts and emails immediately. It was a smooth and stress free transaction for me. I am very grateful to Nicole for helping me sell my house so quickly and for such a great price. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

My fiance and I began the search for our first home in October of 2010 and found Nicole through Zillow. During our first meeting Nicole stated that "I promise that I will find you your dream home and will not rest until we are sitting at the closing table." We left that day knowing that there couldn't possibly be another real estate professional in the area as emotionally invested and dedicated to making our dream a reality.
I am obsessively compulsive by nature and life decisions as mundane as choosing between regular or multigrain Cheerios have been known to involve cell phone research and impromptu cereal aisle focus groups. You can therefore imagine the amount of time and effort that was devoted to the puchase of my first home. I can honestly say that Nicole was on the receiving end of literally thousands of questions and never once did I get the impression that she was too busy to field my emails or calls. Nor did I sense even the slightest semblance of frustration when I declined to move forward on any of the dozens of properties we saw together.
Our property search stretched over three months and three counties and never once did Nicole waiver from the promise delivered during our first meeting. We found our dream house and I can happily say that I am writing this review from the home I plan on raising a family in.
